Are you considering making improvements to the exterior of your property?

Please be advised that all exterior modifications must receive prior approval from the Linzy Mill Architectural Control Committee, as outlined in the HOA documents. This includes, but is not limited to, changes such as fences, painting, roofing, landscaping, and other similar alterations.

To proceed, kindly complete the required form below. This form must be fully completed and attached for all Architectural Control Committee requests. Additionally, please submit a sketch or a copy of your plot plan with the proposed improvement clearly indicated. Include the dimensions of the proposed changes, along with the distances from the boundaries of your property, to ensure a thorough and accurate evaluation.

In accordance with the HOA documents, please allow up to 30 days for the committee to review and evaluate your request. If you require a rush evaluation, please contact the Architectural Control Committee directly. Please note that expedited approval is not guaranteed.

Please be aware that failure to obtain approval for exterior modifications may result in a fine.

If you are replacing or installing a new Mail Box, please see Mail Box Guidelines. All parts can be purchased separately at a hardware store such as Lowes or Home Depot. Another option for purchase and install is Mr Mailbox LLC (850-544-9207). If you are having difficulty finding the correct mailbox or accessories, please contact us.

ACC Approval for Hurricane Shutter Guidelines

The Board has officially approved the adoption of the new hurricane shutter resolution. This means homeowners can now submit applications to install shutters in line with the updated guidelines.
