Board Member Certificates

Newly elected HOA board members are required to complete a certification course if they have never served on the board before or if they have not taken the course in the past year. This course is designed to help board members understand their roles, responsibilities, and the most important laws that govern HOA operations. While the course provides essential knowledge, board members are not expected to be experts—rather, it serves as a foundation for fulfilling their duties effectively.
